What to prepare before ordering uniforms
Eight pieces of information to have ready before the first consultation — so you receive a proposal within budget from the very first meeting.
02Choosing a uniform by role
The first question is not "which design looks good" but "who wears what". Three uniform models and how each industry applies them.
03Measuring your whole team
Made-to-measure or size chart, how on-site measuring works, and a guide to eight basic measurements for remote staff.
04Budgeting for uniforms
The four drivers of price, how many pieces each person needs, how to tier the budget, and the costs people forget.
Questions
About the process
How long does the whole process take?
Production typically takes four to six weeks from sample approval, depending on volume and cloth. Before that come consultation, design and sampling — their pace depends largely on how quickly a direction is agreed. For fixed dates, tell us early so the atelier can reserve capacity.
Can we see and try a sample before production?
Yes — it is a mandatory step. We make a complete sample for real wearers to try; bulk cutting starts only after your written sign-off.
Do staff need to visit a showroom to be measured?
No. Our mobile team measures everyone at your office on your schedule, including outside working hours. Measurements are filed by employee ID.
What if something doesn't fit on delivery?
We re-fit and adjust on site at delivery, and uniforms then carry a three-year free alteration warranty.
Can new joiners be added later?
Yes. Designs, cloth and measurements are on file, so new staff are made in the exact design and shade the team already wears.
