We only write here what actually happens on our floor each day, rather than commitments that merely sound good.
More than 80 tailors work directly in our own atelier, with no subcontracting. Most have been with us for over a decade. A workshop that keeps its tailors is one that pays fairly and works steadily — which is also why the quality stays consistent.
One well-made uniform in the right cloth, worn for three years, beats three cheap ones replaced annually — for the budget and for the environment. Our three-year alteration warranty exists for that reason.
When someone's shape or role changes, the garment comes back to a showroom for alteration rather than replacement. For larger programmes we handle alterations in scheduled batches.
Offcuts and end-of-roll cloth are kept for alterations, repairs and small accessories. What cannot be used is passed to reuse operations rather than discarded.
Every order is made in Ho Chi Minh City, a few kilometres from our clients. There is no international shipping leg anywhere in the life of your uniform.
