Three-year alteration warranty
Every garment tailored by Mon Amie is altered free of charge for three years from delivery — weight changes, role changes or making faults, at any showroom in our system.
✓ Covered
- Loose threads, open seams, dropped hems, missing buttons
- Making faults: uneven shoulders, uneven hem, collar not sitting flat, pockets out of line
- Technical faults: zips, collar fusing or lining failing under normal use
- Weight change or role change: taking in or letting out waist, trouser waistband, sleeve and leg length within the inlay allowance
- Anyone not fitted on delivery day: adjusted on the spot, as many times as needed
✕ Not covered
- Tears, holes, burns or fading caused by chemicals or high heat
- Stains, marks or mildew that cannot be cleaned
- Shrinkage or distortion from washing against the care instructions (hot machine wash or tumble drying of tailored jackets)
- Style changes from the approved design (a different collar, details added or removed) — charged as new work
- Replacement of cloth, lining or trims worn out through years of normal use
Process
Five steps when something needs altering

Contact us
Call the hotline or message on Zalo with your company name and order reference (or the wearer's name). A consultant logs the request and agrees how the garment reaches us.
- 02
Hand over the garment
Bring it to the nearest showroom or send it to the atelier on 3/2 Street. For several garments at once, we arrange to collect from your office.
- 03
Inspection
A tailor checks the fault, re-measures if needed and confirms what is covered — and what, if anything, is chargeable — before starting.
- 04
Alteration
Done in the atelier. Routine alterations take 3–7 working days; tell us in advance if it is urgent.
- 05
Return
Collect from the showroom or have it delivered back to your office. Try it on again — if it still is not right, we adjust again.
- Three years from the delivery date, on every garment tailored by Mon Amie, at any showroom in our system.
- New joiners or people whose shape has changed significantly: re-made in the approved design and shade, usually within 7–10 days.
