Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions most workshops make you call to ask — minimum orders, lead times and sampling policy.
- What is the minimum order?
- It depends on the line: suiting and waistcoats from 5 pieces, shirting and trousers from 20, knitwear from 30. For existing clients and top-up orders for new joiners, we accept smaller quantities.
- How long does production take?
- Typically 4–6 weeks for a complete programme, counted from sample approval. Smaller orders and reorders against an approved design are much faster — around 7–10 days. An express service is available when your timeline compresses.
- Do you charge for samples?
- For programmes at scale, sampling is absorbed into the main order. For smaller orders, or where a client is still deciding, samples are charged separately and credited against the contract if you proceed.
- How do you measure several hundred people?
- Our mobile team comes to your office or plant and works to your shift roster — including evenings and weekends. For provincial sites the team stays on for several days. Measurements are stored against employee records for future orders.
- What happens when we hire new people?
- Because the approved design and all measurements are on file, you only need to send names and quantities. Top-up orders are usually delivered within 7–10 days, with no waiting for the next production run.
- What does the warranty cover?
- Free alterations for three years at any showroom in our system — for weight changes, role changes or anything else.
- Do you work outside Ho Chi Minh City?
- Yes. We regularly travel to provincial sites, including factories and remote projects. Travel costs are agreed in advance and stated clearly in the quotation.
- How does payment work?
- A deposit on contract signing and sample approval, with the balance on delivery. Full VAT invoicing is provided. Exact terms are set out in each contract.
