Student uniforms are laundered constantly across nine months. Cloth must resist fading and creasing and keep the blazer's shape and the trouser crease through hundreds of home washes.

Growth allowance in the size chart
Children grow fast within a school year. The size chart builds in allowance at sleeve, hem and waist, with made-to-measure for outsize students and mid-year alterations planned.

Formal, daily and sports sets in one language
Blazer and tie for formal days, polo and shorts for daily wear, a sports set for PE: different cloths, one palette and one school crest.

Delivered before term, not a day late
The first day of term does not move. Measuring runs by year group, production takes 4–6 weeks and the full order is delivered before term to a committed date.

Brand colours
True to your brand palette
Schools make the brand colour the blazer colour — navy, burgundy, green — paired with white or pale blue shirting and grey or navy trousers and skirts; the school tie carries the identity in a pattern or stripe. Year groups are distinguished by tie colour or trim; the sports set uses the brand colour as its main colour. Staff wear deeper tones from the same palette, set apart from students by a business cut.

The school crest is digitally embroidered at the left chest of blazers and polos — multi-colour, wash-fast through frequent machine washing, never peeling like a heat-pressed print. Ties are woven in the school pattern, and sports kit carries the school name printed or embroidered large on chest and back for recognition on the field.

Consultation & site visit
We visit your workplace to understand your brand identity, the dress code of each department, working conditions and budget. You receive a written proposal with an indicative budget.

Design & cloth selection
Three design directions built around your brand colours, presented with real cloth swatches. Materials chosen for the tropics and for how hard each role works.
- 03
Sample approval
A complete sample garment, worn and reviewed by your own staff. Production begins only once you sign off the sample — no surprises at delivery.

Individual measuring
Our mobile team measures every employee at your office, on your schedule. All measurements are kept on file against employee records for future orders.
- 05
Production in our atelier
A 1,000 m² atelier with 80+ tailors. Quality is checked at three stages — cutting, assembly and finishing — with weekly progress reports.
- 06
Delivery & 3-year warranty
Delivered, re-fitted and altered on site for anyone who needs it. Free alterations for three years, and new joiners can reorder against the approved design.

Questions from schools & education
How is measuring organised across year groups without disrupting lessons?
Our mobile team comes to the school on a schedule set by the academic office, year group by year group, and measures students and staff on site. Measurements are filed against student IDs, so mid-year enrolments are simply measured and outfitted to the approved design in 7–10 days.
How far ahead of term should we order?
Production takes 4–6 weeks after sample approval and measuring, on top of consultation, cloth selection and sample making. We plan backwards from the first day of term and commit the delivery date in the proposal; the site consultation is complimentary.
Children grow — what if the uniform is tight by year end?
The size chart builds in allowance at sleeve, hem and waist. Every garment carries a free three-year alteration warranty — letting out, hems and mid-year adjustments at any of our five showrooms in Ho Chi Minh City.
What are the minimum quantities and invoicing terms?
Blazers from 5, shirts and trousers or skirts from 20, polos and sports tops from 30. Quotations exclude VAT and a full invoice is issued to the school.
