Solutions
Uniform solutions for companies
From 10 to 1,000+ employees. Mon Amie does not sell garments one by one — we build a uniform programme: consultation, brand-led design, on-site tailoring, production in our own atelier and three years of aftercare.
Problems & answers
Five questions buyers face
- 01
Order 100 uniforms off a size chart — how many will actually fit?
S–M–L–XL only works for average builds. Broad shoulders, long arms, a larger waist or a shorter frame all end up tight in one place and loose in another — and a uniform that does not fit is one nobody wants to wear.
Our answer
Our mobile team measures every employee at your workplace, on your schedule. Each garment is made to that person's figures, and the measurements stay on file for future orders.

How do we know the delivery matches the approved sample, in the same shade throughout?
Many uniform companies take the order and subcontract it: the first and last garments differ in stitching, cloth comes from different dye lots, and nobody is directly accountable.
Our answer
We make a complete sample for a real wearer to try; only after your written sign-off does our own 1,000 m² atelier cut the bulk — from a single dye lot, with one team responsible from start to finish.

What about new hires — do they wait for next year's run?
Companies hire all year round. If every top-up starts from scratch, new staff spend months in a different colour and cut from the rest of the team.
Our answer
Design, cloth and the whole team's measurements stay on file. A new joiner is measured once; uniforms in the exact design and shade are usually delivered within 7–10 days.

What budget is reasonable? Every supplier quotes differently and nothing is comparable.
Most tailors make you call for a price, then give one figure without saying what it covers — hard to present internally, impossible to compare.
Our answer
We publish starting prices for every line and the four things that set the unit price. The estimator gives you a starting budget by headcount and items right here, before you pick up the phone.

Our staff work shifts — nobody has time to visit a showroom to be measured.
Sending several hundred people to a showroom is an impossible scheduling problem for plants, hospitals and bank branches — and rushed measuring means errors.
Our answer
We bring the measuring team to you, shift by shift, including after hours or at provincial sites. Each person needs a few minutes at their workplace, and progress is reported to your coordinator.

Uniform programmes
Three ways to structure a programme
Model one — Everyone identical
Events, support crews, factories, company days
Everyone wears exactly the same thing. It builds the strongest sense of a single team and costs the least. The trade-off: nobody can tell who does what, so visitors do not know whom to approach.
Model two — One palette, distinguished by role
Banks, hotels, showrooms, client-facing offices
One brand palette, but managers in jackets, service staff in waistcoats, reception in its own set. A visitor can read the room instantly. This is what we recommend for most service businesses.
Model three — Tiered by seniority
Large groups with several management layers
The same design, with cloth and degree of tailoring stepping up by level: office staff to a size chart, managers measured, leadership fully bespoke. The budget goes where it makes the strongest impression.

What to prepare before ordering uniforms
Eight pieces of information to have ready before the first consultation — so you receive a proposal within budget from the very first meeting.

Choosing a uniform by role
The first question is not "which design looks good" but "who wears what". Three uniform models and how each industry applies them.

Choosing uniform cloth for a tropical climate
Cloth that performs in London may not survive Saigon. How to choose suiting, shirting, operational cloth and knits by working environment.

Choosing colours to match your brand
A brand colour that works on a logo may not work on a whole suit. How to use base and accent colours — and how to check real cloth.
