Order 100 uniforms off a size chart — how many will actually fit?
S–M–L–XL only works for average builds. Broad shoulders, long arms, a larger waist or a shorter frame all end up tight in one place and loose in another — and a uniform that does not fit is one nobody wants to wear.

How do we know the delivery matches the approved sample, in the same shade throughout?
Many uniform companies take the order and subcontract it: the first and last garments differ in stitching, cloth comes from different dye lots, and nobody is directly accountable.

What about new hires — do they wait for next year's run?
Companies hire all year round. If every top-up starts from scratch, new staff spend months in a different colour and cut from the rest of the team.

What budget is reasonable? Every supplier quotes differently and nothing is comparable.

At 80–82–84 3/2 Street, District 10: more than 80 tailors and an in-house process from pattern, cutting and assembly to pressing and finishing. Nothing is subcontracted — schedule and quality rest with us. Corporate clients are welcome to walk the floor before signing.

From the first site visit to reordering for new joiners — every stage has a clear handover point.

Consultation & site visit
We visit your workplace to understand your brand identity, the dress code of each department, working conditions and budget. You receive a written proposal with an indicative budget.

Design & cloth selection
Three design directions built around your brand colours, presented with real cloth swatches. Materials chosen for the tropics and for how hard each role works.

Sample approval
A complete sample garment, worn and reviewed by your own staff. Production begins only once you sign off the sample — no surprises at delivery.

Individual measuring
Our mobile team measures every employee at your office, on your schedule. All measurements are kept on file against employee records for future orders.

Production in our atelier
A 1,000 m² atelier with 80+ tailors. Quality is checked at three stages — cutting, assembly and finishing — with weekly progress reports.

Delivery & 3-year warranty
Delivered, re-fitted and altered on site for anyone who needs it. Free alterations for three years, and new joiners can reorder against the approved design.

What is the minimum order?
It depends on the line: suiting and waistcoats from 5 pieces, shirting and trousers from 20, knitwear from 30. For existing clients and top-up orders for new joiners, we accept smaller quantities.
Do you measure on site?
Yes. Our mobile team comes to your office or plant and works to your roster — evenings, weekends or provincial sites included. On-site consultation and measuring in Ho Chi Minh City is free of charge; travel to the provinces is agreed in advance.
Is every person tailored individually?
Yes — that is how a suit house works. Whether the order is 20 or 800 people, every employee is measured and made to their own figures. For large operational orders (polos, kitchen wear) you can choose a standard size chart to save cost.
How long does production take?
Typically 4–6 weeks for a complete programme, counted from sample approval. Smaller orders and reorders against an approved design are much faster — around 7–10 days. An express service is available when your timeline compresses; tell us early so the atelier can reserve capacity.
Can we see a sample before production?
Yes — it is a mandatory step. We make a complete sample for a real wearer to try on; bulk cutting starts only after your written sign-off, so there are no surprises on delivery day.
What does the warranty cover?
Free alterations for three years from delivery, at any showroom in our system: loose stitching, making faults, technical faults and weight changes. It excludes tears, burns and stains that cannot be cleaned. See the full policy on the Warranty page.
