Women's shirts
Elegance lives in the smallest details.
A women's uniform shirt must fit at shoulder and bust — exactly where size-chart shirts gape or hang loose. We tailor each one, choose soft, low-crease cloth and add touches of character such as neck bows and piping in your brand colours.

Why Mon Amie
Women's shirts, tailored like executive clothing
Since 1991 Hoang Vy – Mon Amie has tailored for Saigon's business leaders. Your uniforms are made by the same tailors, in the same 1,000 m² atelier on 3/2 Street.

- 01
Measured one by one, never a generic size
Our mobile team measures every employee at your office, on your schedule. Measurements are filed by staff ID, so re-orders need no re-measuring.
- 02
A true fit at shoulder and bust
The hardest part of a women's shirt. Patterns are adjusted to each measurement so the placket lies flat and never pulls when moving or seated.
- 03
Details that carry your brand
Neck bows, scarves, piping at cuff or collar in your colours — small touches that make a team memorable while staying refined.
- 04
Three-year alteration warranty
People change shape and roles — alterations are free for three years. New joiners are tailored into the exact design and shade the team already wears.
Who it is for
Women's shirts suit
The right line for the right role — budget goes where it makes the strongest impression.
- Reception and front-of-house teams in shirts with skirts or dresses — roles where the collar and bow must be right
- Tellers and counter advisers in banks, post offices and service centres
- Administrative, accounting and HR staff who wear the shirt daily
- Pharmacy counters, clinic and spa reception — light tones, easy to wash
- Customer-care teams at service counters and showrooms
- Teachers and school staff who need a soft shirt that moves with them all day

Four things decide the final price
Cloth
The single largest factor. The same jacket in a 40% wool blend and in pure Italian wool differ several times over.
Volume
Larger orders spread pattern-making and line set-up across more garments. This is where real savings come from — not from lowering quality.
Degree of tailoring
Making to a standard size chart costs less than measuring every person. For leadership and client-facing roles we always recommend measuring.
Finishing details
Logo embroidery, custom linings, special buttons, contrast trims — each adds a small amount that is best budgeted from the start.

The details that make a proper uniform
- 01
Collar
A narrow classic collar with light fusing — soft, yet standing; a bow collar cut in one with the body, with ties long enough for several knots. A collarless V for shirts worn under a jacket.
- 02
Sleeves
Three-quarter sleeves ending below the elbow — the most comfortable for keyboard work; long sleeves with a small or pleated cuff. The armhole is cut to let the arm rise without the hem lifting.
- 03
Buttons
Smaller than on a men's shirt, self-covered or mother-of-pearl. Button spacing is tightened over the bust, or a hidden button added between two, so the placket never gapes when seated.
- 04
Trims
Collar, cuff or placket edged with a band of brand cloth; a concealed placket for a cleaner look at reception.
- 05
Pockets
Usually none, to keep the chest flat. Where the role needs one, a small rounded chest pocket without flap on the left.
- 06
Logo & names
A small embroidered logo at the left chest, cuff or bow tail; names on the right in the same letter size and at the same height for the whole team.

Browse designs by colour →Size chart or made to measure
Two ways to make it — chosen by role, not by guesswork
To a size chart
- Office and administrative teams from 20 shirts — three to five per person across the week
- Multi-branch programmes that deliver at once and top up quickly from stock sizes
- Relaxed shirts worn untucked, where a size chart is sufficient
- Companies that launder centrally or issue uniforms on a fixed cycle
Made to measure
- Reception and front desk — where a gaping placket or a loose shoulder is seen at once
- Women whose shoulder, bust and waist fall in different chart sizes — a very common case
- Shirts worn under a tailored women's jacket, so collar and sleeve match the outer layer
- Staff who are pregnant or have changed shape, made to new measurements in the team's design
Both can be combined in one programme: office staff to a chart, managers and client-facing roles measured. On-site measuring →

Questions
Before you ask for a quote
What is the minimum order for women's shirts?
20 pieces. The larger the order, the more pattern and set-up costs are shared across each garment — a genuine saving that never touches quality.
How long does production take?
Typically four to six weeks from sample approval, depending on volume and cloth. For launches and events with fixed dates, let us know early so we can reserve atelier time.
Do you measure at our premises?
Yes. Our mobile team measures every employee at your office on your schedule, including outside working hours. Measurements are filed by staff ID for future orders.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a three-year free alteration warranty. If someone's size changes or a garment needs adjusting, simply send it back to the atelier.
