Men's shirts
Crisp at 8 a.m. Still composed at 6 p.m.
The shirt is the most-worn and most-washed piece of any uniform. So we choose treated, non-iron cotton blends and tailor to each person's collar and sleeve — no tight necks, no billowing sleeves, no tails escaping the waistband.

Why Mon Amie
Men's shirts, tailored like executive clothing
Since 1991 Hoang Vy – Mon Amie has tailored for Saigon's business leaders. Your uniforms are made by the same tailors, in the same 1,000 m² atelier on 3/2 Street.

- 01
Measured one by one, never a generic size
Our mobile team measures every employee at your office, on your schedule. Measurements are filed by staff ID, so re-orders need no re-measuring.
- 02
Non-iron cotton that breathes
Staff move between air conditioning and sun all day. Treated cotton blends stay flat while still absorbing and breathing.
- 03
Collars that survive hundreds of washes
Collars and cuffs are interlined correctly so they keep their shape — the first thing to fail on a cheap shirt is a curling, blistered collar.
- 04
Three-year alteration warranty
People change shape and roles — alterations are free for three years. New joiners are tailored into the exact design and shade the team already wears.
Who it is for
Men's shirts suit
The right line for the right role — budget goes where it makes the strongest impression.
- Office teams in shirts five days a week — the most-worn and most-washed uniform piece
- Showroom staff in automotive, electronics and furniture retail — on their feet all day, needing a shirt that stays flat and cool
- Male tellers and credit officers wearing shirts with a waistcoat or tie
- Technical and maintenance crews visiting customers' homes — a neat short-sleeved shirt in place of a tee
- Teachers and staff at schools and training centres
- Companies ordering 20 shirts or more who need one colour and one collar across the team

Four things decide the final price
Cloth
The single largest factor. The same jacket in a 40% wool blend and in pure Italian wool differ several times over.
Volume
Larger orders spread pattern-making and line set-up across more garments. This is where real savings come from — not from lowering quality.
Degree of tailoring
Making to a standard size chart costs less than measuring every person. For leadership and client-facing roles we always recommend measuring.
Finishing details
Logo embroidery, custom linings, special buttons, contrast trims — each adds a small amount that is best budgeted from the start.

The details that make a proper uniform
- 01
Collar
Collar band and leaf are fused for shape, with removable collar stays so the points never curl after washing. A medium-spread collar for ties; a button-down for tie-free days.
- 02
Sleeves
Long sleeves measured to each wearer's arm; one- or two-button cuffs with a proper placket and gauntlet button. Short sleeves end above the elbow and sit close to the arm without flaring.
- 03
Buttons
Cross-stitched for machine washing, with a spare button on the front hem. Mother-of-pearl for management; shatter-resistant resin for large orders laundered industrially.
- 04
Trims
Inner collar band, inner cuff or placket faced in your brand cloth — visible only when sleeves are rolled or the collar opened, so a white shirt stays formal.
- 05
Pockets
A left chest pocket, pointed or rounded, sized for a pen and a card. Client-facing roles usually go without, so the chest lies flat under a tie.
- 06
Logo & names
A small embroidered logo at the left chest or on the cuff; names in tone-on-tone thread on the right. Staff IDs printed on an inside hem label keep central laundering sorted.

Browse designs by colour →Size chart or made to measure
Two ways to make it — chosen by role, not by guesswork
To a size chart
- Orders of 20 shirts or more for office and operations teams — three to five per person in rotation
- Companies that launder centrally and need uniform sizes for distribution and quick replacement
- High-turnover teams that must top up new joiners from stock sizes
- Shirts worn under a jacket, branded knit or apron, where an exact fit is not the priority
Made to measure
- Management and client-facing staff who wear a tie — half a size off at the neck already looks tight or loose
- Anyone with long arms, broad shoulders or a waist outside the chart — a size chart always sacrifices one of them
- Shirts worn with a tailored suit, so sleeve length and collar match the jacket
- When our team is already on site measuring for suits — shirts are measured in the same session
Both can be combined in one programme: office staff to a chart, managers and client-facing roles measured. On-site measuring →

Questions
Before you ask for a quote
How many shirts should each employee have?
To wear five days a week with a clean shirt always ready, most companies order three to five per person. We will recommend a number based on your working pattern and budget.
What is the minimum order for men's shirts?
20 pieces. The larger the order, the more pattern and set-up costs are shared across each garment — a genuine saving that never touches quality.
How long does production take?
Typically four to six weeks from sample approval, depending on volume and cloth. For launches and events with fixed dates, let us know early so we can reserve atelier time.
Do you measure at our premises?
Yes. Our mobile team measures every employee at your office on your schedule, including outside working hours. Measurements are filed by staff ID for future orders.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a three-year free alteration warranty. If someone's size changes or a garment needs adjusting, simply send it back to the atelier.
