The challenge
Trung tâm CMCN 4.0 TP.HCM needed uniforms that reflect a corporate offices organisation: consistent across departments, fitted to each person and durable in daily use.
Requirements
- Seniority through cloth, not colour
- Many sites, one production run
- A clear issue cycle
- Representation pieces and everyday pieces
Solution
- Style and cloth advised for the real working environment of each department.
- A sample made for approval before bulk production.
- The Mon Amie team measures every person on site.
- Delivered on site, with a three-year free alteration warranty.
Process
The Ho Chi Minh City Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (HCMC C4IR) is a public institution under the HCMC People's Committee, established through cooperation between the Vietnamese Government and the World Economic Forum (WEF) and a member of the WEF's global C4IR network. The Centre acts as a platform for connection, research, policy proposals and technology transfer to promote science, technology and innovation. It is headquartered at the Saigon Hi-Tech Park (Lot E1, Hanoi Highway).
For clients in corporate offices, Mon Amie starts from the organisation's brand identity: cloth chosen for the working environment, a sample made for approval, then our team measures every person on site before production.
Measurements and approved samples are kept on file per employee for new joiners, and every garment carries a three-year free alteration warranty.
Following Mon Amie's standard six steps: consultation → design & cloth → sample approval → individual measuring → production → delivery & three-year warranty. See the process →
Outcome
- Every garment cut to the individual employee's measurements.
- Measurements and samples kept per person for later top-up orders.
