The challenge

ERAS Group needed office uniforms but did not want to give up a meeting room for measuring. The solution had to make use of the shared common room, where staff could wait their turn and return to work straight away.

02

Requirements

  • A consistent uniform for office staff.
  • Measuring in the shared space, without occupying a meeting room.
  • Each person individually tailored.
  • Measurements kept for later orders.
03

Solution

  • A measuring point set up in the street-facing common room of the ERAS Group office.
  • Shoulders, sleeves and jacket length measured for each person, with a recorder at the table while colleagues waited.
  • Sample approved before production; measurements filed against employee records.
  • Three years of free alterations.
04

Process

We set up in the office's shared space, with each person measured for shoulders, sleeves and jacket length.

Following Mon Amie's standard six steps: consultation → design & cloth → sample approval → individual measuring → production → delivery & three-year warranty. See the process →

05

Outcome

  • The whole staff measured in the office's shared space.
  • Each person's figures recorded on the spot.
  • Measurements on file for top-ups.
