Uniforms for real estate sales offices: standards and cost

A good uniform for a real estate sales office helps the sales floor and project teams look composed and recognisable, and builds trust when advising on a high-value asset. It rests on three things: a tidy look that is not too bright, so buyers focus on the advice; clear identification through the colours and logo of the office or project; and enough durability and comfort for a day of standing, walking and welcoming visitors.

Who wears what on the sales floor and at the project

Staff of one company work in two quite different settings, so their outfits should differ:

Setting Who Suggested set
Sales floor (indoors) Sales advisers, receptionists Suit or waistcoat, shirt, trousers or skirt
Show house, project office Hosts and advisers at the project Shirt, trousers or skirt, light jacket
Launch event, outdoors Project team, event support Polo in the project colour, scarf or branded accessory

Our page on real estate uniforms shows how teams in this sector are dressed.

Standards worth checking

  • Colour: deep tones or the office's own brand colour, with minimal pattern. When buyers sign large transactions, a composed look reassures more than a showy one.
  • Logo and name badge: fixed and clear; buyers should see the adviser's name at first meeting.
  • Comfort when standing and walking: show houses and events mean long hours on your feet, so fabric with light stretch and trousers or skirts that do not bind.
  • Heat tolerance: outdoor project teams need breathable, absorbent fabric whose colour does not fade.
  • Consistency across groups: advisers, receptionists and project teams share one palette and differ in cut.

What it costs

Real prices depend on fabric, style and quantity. Mon Amie publishes starting prices item by item: men's business suits from 3,000,000 VND, women's business suits from 1,500,000 VND, waistcoat from 600,000 VND, men's shirt from 600,000 VND, women's shirt from 480,000 VND, trousers and skirts from 600,000 VND, polos from 150,000 VND. Advisers on the sales floor can choose a jacket or waistcoat, while outdoor project teams usually need only a polo and trousers.

Minimum quantities depend on the item: suits, women's jackets and waistcoats from 5 pieces; shirts, trousers and skirts from 20; T-shirts and polos from 30. See item prices on our pricing page, and use the budget estimate to plan a whole order. A formal proposal follows the on-site survey.

Work backwards from launch day

A launch event has a fixed date, so uniforms must be ready before it. Production takes 4–6 weeks after sample approval, covering measuring, making and delivery. Count backwards: launch date minus 4–6 weeks, then minus the time needed for the survey, the three design options and sample approval. Mon Amie measures each employee at your office, including outside office hours, and sends weekly progress updates during production.

Our process

Hoàng Vy – Mon Amie was founded in 1991, runs a 1,000 m² workshop on 3/2 Street and works with more than 500 companies each year.

  1. Survey and consultation at your premises, ending with a proposal and price range.
  2. Design and fabrics: three options in your brand colours, with real swatches.
  3. Approved sample: production starts only after your company signs off.
  4. Individual measuring at your office; measurements are stored under employee IDs for later orders.
  5. Production with quality checks at three stages (cutting, assembly, finishing).
  6. Delivery, fitting and adjustment on site, plus free alteration warranty for 3 years at every showroom.

Frequently asked questions

Should sales floor staff and project teams wear the same outfit?

Share the palette and logo, but vary the cut. Advisers on the sales floor suit a jacket or waistcoat; project teams working outdoors suit polos or breathable shirts.

What colour should a real estate uniform be?

Choose deep tones or your own brand colour and avoid busy patterns. Mon Amie presents three options in your brand colours so you can compare before approving.

How do we outfit new staff when a new project opens?

New staff are measured individually and made to the approved sample so they match the existing team; measurements already taken are stored under employee IDs for later batches. Group orders into batches, because each item has a minimum quantity.

How long does it take after sample approval?

Allow 4–6 weeks after sample approval for measuring, making and delivery.
