Manufacturing plant uniforms: standards, fabrics and cost
Uniforms for plant office teams and line leaders: standards, durable fabrics and polos from 150,000 VND. Mon Amie measures on site, including shift hours.

A manufacturing plant uniform for office teams and line leaders is an identification layer: it tells visitors, partners and operators who sits in management and who runs the shift, while staying durable enough to move between the office and the production floor. Typical sets are polos or shirts with trousers, plus a waistcoat or jacket for line leaders. For protective equipment, discuss the required standards directly when requesting a quote.
Two groups, two needs
- Office teams (administration, HR, accounting, sales) hold meetings and receive visitors, so shirts with trousers or skirts suit them; senior managers may add a jacket.
- Line leaders and supervisors move between the office and the production area. They need polos or short-sleeved shirts, hard-wearing trousers and one identifying detail such as a coloured collar, epaulettes or a waistcoat.
Mark roles through colour or detail rather than a totally different cut. Operators can still spot a line leader from a distance, while the whole team reads as one company.
Standards specific to a plant
- Dust, oil and sweat: choose fabrics that survive many machine washes without fading. Mid-tones hide dust better than white or very light shades.
- Hot floor, cool office: wearers cross between both, so fabric should breathe without being thin enough to show through.
- Visiting delegations: line leaders and managers may greet inspectors or partners, so garments must still look neat after a morning on their feet.
- Shifts and rotation: sizes stored under employee IDs prevent mix-ups when several people share one pattern across shifts.
- Separate from protective gear: an identification uniform never replaces equipment your safety rules require.
In the security and technical group, Mon Amie Uniform has worked with Tập đoàn Gonsa; the photo below comes from that project.

Fabrics: durable, breathable, easy to launder
| Item | Typical fabric family | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Polo | Cotton piqué or cotton-polyester | Low pilling, rib collar that holds shape |
| Shirt | Cotton-polyester blend | Low-crease, machine-washable, quick to press |
| Trousers, skirts | Polyester-viscose, optionally with spandex | Keeps its crease, no shine at knees after long wear |
| Line-leader waistcoat or jacket | Medium-weight, hard-wearing surface | Pockets and stressed seams at the underarm |
Cuts and details can be explored in our design library. Wash one sample garment before signing off, because centralised laundering is often harsher than a home wash.

Measured one by one, shifts included
A plant means many people, many body types and several shifts. Our team measures every employee at your site on your schedule, including outside office hours, so other shifts can be covered. Measurements of people already measured are stored under employee IDs for later orders; new hires are measured individually and made to the approved sample.
Delivery takes 4–6 weeks after sample approval, covering measuring, making and handover. Our 1,000 m² workshop employs more than 80 skilled tailors, with quality checks at three stages (cutting, assembly, finishing) and weekly progress updates. At delivery, staff try on the garments and we adjust on the spot, with free alterations for 3 years at every showroom. You can request a quotation on our quote page or call 0888.111.118 (same number on Zalo).
Frequently asked questions
Can these uniforms replace protective workwear?
No. The identification uniform for office teams and line leaders is separate. Protective equipment required by your plant's safety rules stays as it is, and Mon Amie only makes the uniform you specify.
Should line leaders and operators wear the same colour?
Use the same colour family with different details, such as collar, epaulettes or a waistcoat. This keeps a shared identity while letting people spot who runs the shift from afar.
How do night-shift employees get measured?
Measuring happens at your site on your schedule, including outside office hours. Share your shift pattern during the survey and we will plan around it.
How should we test a sample if the plant uses centralised laundering?
Centralised laundering is often harsher than a home wash, so wash one sample garment through the same process before signing off. Check whether the colour fades, the collar holds its shape and the fabric pills. Mon Amie only starts production once your company signs off the sample.
