Uniforms for government agencies and public bodies
Uniforms for agencies and public bodies should look dignified, wear well and be easy to budget. Mon Amie Uniform covers standards and prices from 480,000 VND.

A uniform for a government agency or public service body is an office wardrobe that makes administrative staff look dignified and consistent, and easy to recognise when serving citizens or meeting partners. Before style, the first thing to prepare is a list of who will wear it, the job groups, and a budget range, because these three facts decide the fabric, the quantities and how orders are phased.
First, check your own regulations
Every agency and public body has its own rules on dress and on purchasing. What follows does not replace them; it helps an administration team prepare technical requirements: who wears what, which fabric, how much to budget. For procedures, documents and how a provider is selected, Mon Amie confirms specifics during consultation, according to each body's requirements.
Who wears what
- Leaders and department heads: a suit jacket or ladies' jacket in the team's tone for a consistent image.
- Officers and office staff: shirt with trousers or a skirt, plus a waistcoat in cooler seasons or on formal days.
- Public service counters and one-stop desks: one coordinated set with a large, clear name badge so visitors find the right person.
- Security, drivers and support staff: an industry uniform or a polo that is easy to recognise and easy to wash.

Standards and fabrics
Agency uniforms are often worn for years, so stability matters more than trends:
- Dignified, deep colours: navy, grey, white or the body's identity colours, presented as three design options for internal feedback.
- Fit across ages: staff vary in age and build, so each person is measured rather than fitted from stock sizes.
- Breathable and washable: low-crease, colourfast cloth that can be worn all day in Ho Chi Minh City's heat and humidity.
- Badge and logo: one fixed position, clear of seams.
- Stability as staff change: new or transferred officers should match the team. Measurements are stored under employee IDs and new staff reorder from the approved sample.

Real swatches are shown at the design stage so your team can handle the cloth.
| Fabric family | Strengths | Watch out for | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cotton-polyester blend | Breathable, low-crease, durable | Less soft than pure cotton | Shirts |
| Polyester-viscose with spandex | Holds shape, light stretch | Press on medium heat | Jackets, waistcoats, trousers, skirts |
| Cotton piqué | Absorbent, hard-wearing | Softer structure, not for jackets | Polos for security, drivers, support |

What to prepare before the survey
- A staff list by job group (leaders, officers, public counters, support) and by gender.
- Identity colours, logo and any existing dress rules.
- The number of sets per person you plan.
- A target date, if there is a fixed event. Allow 4–6 weeks after sample approval for measuring, making and delivery, so confirm the sample early.

Frequently asked questions
Can a small unit place an order?
Yes, as long as each item meets its minimum: suits from 5, shirts, trousers and skirts from 20, industry uniforms from 20. We explain how the minimums apply during consultation.
What about procurement procedures and paperwork?
Every body has its own process. Tell us your documentary requirements when you first get in touch, and we will state what we can provide during consultation.
How do new or transferred officers get uniforms?
Measurements are stored under employee IDs, and new staff order additional pieces from the approved sample so they match the team. Alterations are covered by the free 3-year warranty at every showroom.
Can measuring take place at our office?
Yes. Our mobile measuring team measures each person where they work, on your schedule, including outside office hours, and stores the measurements for later orders.
