Event and conference organiser uniforms: standards and cost

Event and conference organiser uniforms must be easy to spot and comfortable under stage lights. Mon Amie Uniform covers fabrics and prices from 150,000 VND.

Event and conference organiser uniforms: standards and cost

An event and conference organiser uniform tells guests, speakers and partners at a glance who is there to help: reception at the arrival desk, coordinators in the hall, promotional staff at the booths. A good set rests on three things: each team can be told apart by colour or detail, it looks good under stage lighting and in photos, and it stays comfortable through hours of standing and moving.

Who wears what

Each group has different tasks and postures, so uniforms are clearer when they follow roles:

  • Reception and guest greeters are the face of the event. A ladies' jacket or skirt with a shirt for women, a jacket or waistcoat with a shirt for men; neat and tailored.
  • Coordinators guide guests, run sessions and support speakers. A polo or shirt in a colour that stands out in a crowd, with trousers that have pockets for badges or radios.
  • Promotional and booth staff stand long and move a lot: T-shirts, polos or a neat skirt, often carrying a sponsor or product logo.
  • Logistics and technical crew wear dark T-shirts or polos that hide dirt.

Standards: good under lights and cameras

Organising staff appear in the event's photos and video for hours. Before approving a sample, review these points:

  • Role by colour: one colour per team, or one palette with a different detail such as a scarf, tie or lanyard. Guests then know whom to ask.
  • Matt over shiny: shiny or metallic fabric reflects stage lights and glares in photos. Pure white can blow out under strong light; mid-tones are steadier.
  • Ease of movement: skirts that are not too tight, trousers with light stretch, shoes suited to standing all session.
  • Removable layers: halls are cold while arrival areas may be warm, so jackets should go on and off easily.
  • Badge and logo: fixed, visible from a distance and clear of seams.

Planning backwards from event day

Count back from event day. Mon Amie needs 4–6 weeks after sample approval for measuring, making and delivery; survey, design and sampling come on top.

Milestone Your task Note
Before the survey Fix roles, palette, logo Sharper proposal
Survey and design Pick one of three options Real swatches included
Sample approval Sign off the sample The 4–6 weeks start here
Measuring Confirm who wears what Can happen outside office hours
Delivery Fit and adjust on site Leave a buffer before the event

Seasonal staff recruited close to the date are the tricky part; raise them early in consultation.

Frequently asked questions

How do we tell organising teams apart?

Use one palette but give each team its own colour or detail, such as a scarf, tie or lanyard. Mon Amie offers three options in your brand colours.

Can we still make it if the event is close?

The standard timeline is 4–6 weeks after sample approval. For tighter schedules, Mon Amie confirms specifics in consultation, so contact us early.

Can we reuse the uniforms for later events?

Yes. Measurements are stored under employee IDs, new people order from the approved sample, and alterations are covered by the free 3-year warranty at every showroom.

Polo or shirt for event organiser staff?

Polos suit coordinators and booth teams because they are breathable, easy to wash and comfortable through hours of standing and moving. Shirts, waistcoats or jackets suit reception teams who need a sharper look. You can use both within one palette to keep roles clear.
