The representative office of an international healthcare group needed an elegant, formal uniform for its staff, but an office team cannot leave work en masse to be measured.

Solution
- A measuring point set up inside the office: two tailors working in parallel, a colleague recording at the desk.
- Every employee measured individually, men and women, to the same set of measurements.
- Staff came in turn and went straight back to their desks; nobody travelled to a showroom.
- Figures filed per employee as the basis for tailoring and future top-ups.
Process
The session took place in the representative office's open-plan workspace: two Mon Amie tailors measured shoulders, sleeves and jacket length for each man and woman in turn, while a colleague recorded the figures in the book at the desk beside them.
Staff left their desks for only a few minutes each; the Mon Amie kit bags sat on the table next to the measuring point.
The visit closed with a photo of the Mon Amie team in front of the Fresenius Kabi logo at reception.
