Á Đông Land needed a uniform suit for its sales team and staff: professional, neat and reassuring from the first moment of advising a property client, and a proper fit on every person for everyday wear.

Solution
- One navy suit with white shirt and matching trousers for men and women, with a black tie for the men.
- Garments brought to the office, where Mon Amie tailors dressed each person and adjusted shoulders, back and tie on the spot.
- Individual portraits and a team photo in front of the Á Đông Land logo taken as soon as the adjustments were done.
Process
The fitting took place in the office itself: our tailors helped each person into their jacket, set the shoulders, pulled the back into place and straightened ties to check the fit before hand-over.
The uniform is a navy suit with a white shirt and matching trousers for men and women; many of the men added a black tie.
Once adjusted, each employee was photographed in the new uniform in front of the Á Đông Land logo, and the whole team gathered for a group photo in the office lobby.
