Clients see your team before they hear a word you say.

Why Mon Amie

The team at the industrial machines
  1. 01

Measured one by one, never a generic size

Our mobile team measures every employee at your office, on your schedule. Measurements are filed by staff ID, so re-orders need no re-measuring.

  2. 02

    True tailored construction

Shoulder, chest and collar are built the tailor's way — the jacket holds its line when buttoned, sits cleanly through meetings and does not sag after months of wear.

  3. 03

    Cloth chosen for the tropics

40–70% wool blends for most of the team — breathable, shapely, sensibly priced; Italian and English wool for leadership. None of the shiny, airless cloth of cheap ready-made suits.

  4. 04

    Three-year alteration warranty

People change shape and roles — alterations are free for three years. New joiners are tailored into the exact design and shade the team already wears.

Who it is for

Men's business suits suit

The right line for the right role — budget goes where it makes the strongest impression.

  • Leadership and executive teams — the suit that represents the company at signings, partner meetings and press events
  • Property, insurance and automotive sales teams who meet new clients daily and sell on credibility
  • Relationship managers and branch heads in banks and securities firms
  • Hotel managers and front-office heads — the person who stands for the whole property when a guest needs help
  • Medical and commercial representatives of pharmaceutical and device companies calling on physicians
  • Smaller companies starting with five suits for management and growing the programme over time

Four things decide the final price

  • Cloth

The single largest factor. The same jacket in a 40% wool blend and in pure Italian wool differ several times over.

  • Volume

Larger orders spread pattern-making and line set-up across more garments. This is where real savings come from — not from lowering quality.

  • Degree of tailoring

Making to a standard size chart costs less than measuring every person. For leadership and client-facing roles we always recommend measuring.

  • Finishing details

Logo embroidery, custom linings, special buttons, contrast trims — each adds a small amount that is best budgeted from the start.

Up close

The details that make a proper uniform

  1. 01

    Collar

Collar and lapel are built on their own chest canvas so the collar hugs the neck and never gapes when buttoned or seated. Lapel width is scaled to each wearer's shoulder — narrower on a slight frame, wider on a broad one — rather than one width for every size.

  2. 02

    Sleeves

Two-piece sleeves follow the natural bend of the elbow; length is measured individually to show a little shirt cuff. Leadership suits can be finished with working, functional cuff buttons.

  3. 03

    Buttons

Horn, fine resin or self-covered buttons, sewn with a reinforced shank so the front lies flat. A spare button is stitched inside every jacket.

  4. 04

    Trims

Lapel edge, pocket welts or the lapel buttonhole worked in your brand colour — a single small note that never overpowers the base cloth. Bright colours read darker on a dark suit than on paper, so trims are always approved on the real sample.

  5. 05

    Pockets

Welted breast pocket, flapped or double-jetted hip pockets. Inside: wallet, pen and a phone pocket sized for today's handsets. Hip pockets are tacked shut to hold their line until the wearer needs them.

  6. 06

    Logo & names

A fine embroidered logo on the lining or inside the front — never on the outside — so the jacket still works at dinners and conferences. Staff names embroidered in the inside pocket keep distribution and group laundering tidy.

Size chart or made to measure

Two ways to make it — chosen by role, not by guesswork

To a size chart

  • Large back-office teams who are not client-facing and wear the jacket only on formal occasions
  • Cyclical issue programmes for several hundred people that need one consistent silhouette at a sensible cost
  • Companies that launder centrally and need uniform sizes for easy distribution and rotation
  • A fast run for a fixed event date, with sleeve and hem adjustments made on delivery

Made to measure

  • Leadership and executive teams — the company's representative suit should never be half a size off
  • Sales teams and relationship managers who meet clients daily — the jacket is seen before a word is said
  • Anyone outside the standard chart: uneven shoulders, a slight stoop, unusually long or short arms
  • Companies that want measurements filed by staff ID so re-orders need no re-measuring

Both can be combined in one programme: office staff to a chart, managers and client-facing roles measured. On-site measuring →

Questions

Before you ask for a quote

Which cloth suits everyday uniform jackets?

A 40–70% wool blend is the best balance: it holds its shape, breathes, keeps a press and stays within budget. Pure wool is best reserved for leadership or key client-facing roles. We bring real swatches so you can compare in hand.

What is the minimum order for men's business suits?

5 pieces. The larger the order, the more pattern and set-up costs are shared across each garment — a genuine saving that never touches quality.

How long does production take?

Typically four to six weeks from sample approval, depending on volume and cloth. For launches and events with fixed dates, let us know early so we can reserve atelier time.

Do you measure at our premises?

Yes. Our mobile team measures every employee at your office on your schedule, including outside working hours. Measurements are filed by staff ID for future orders.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — a three-year free alteration warranty. If someone's size changes or a garment needs adjusting, simply send it back to the atelier.
