Why Mon Amie
Uniform accessories, tailored like executive clothing
Since 1991 Hoang Vy – Mon Amie has tailored for Saigon's business leaders. Your uniforms are made by the same tailors, in the same 1,000 m² atelier on 3/2 Street.

- 01
Exactly your brand colours
Accessories are made to your brand codes and checked against the garment cloth — no settling for the nearest shade on the market.
- 02
Designed with the whole uniform
Created alongside the suits, shirts and dresses, so pattern, scale and knot all sit in harmony when worn.
- 03
Approve a real sample before production
Three design routes in your brand colours, with real cloth to handle. Production only starts once you have signed off a finished sample — no last-minute surprises.
- 04
Easy top-ups for new joiners
Accessory designs are filed with your uniform record, so new staff receive the exact pieces the team already wears.

Four things decide the final price
Cloth
The single largest factor. The same jacket in a 40% wool blend and in pure Italian wool differ several times over.
Volume
Larger orders spread pattern-making and line set-up across more garments. This is where real savings come from — not from lowering quality.
Degree of tailoring
Making to a standard size chart costs less than measuring every person. For leadership and client-facing roles we always recommend measuring.
Finishing details
Logo embroidery, custom linings, special buttons, contrast trims — each adds a small amount that is best budgeted from the start.
Up close
The details that make a proper uniform
- 01
Ties
Width scaled to the team's lapels; a wool-blend interlining for a full knot that resists creasing. Woven silk with a subtle logo pattern to your own design. Zip or elastic ties for roles that must remove them fast, such as security.
- 02
Bows
Pre-tied bows with an adjustable neckband for service and reception; women's bows as a tie-band or a small butterfly. Cut from the same silk as the managers' ties for a matched set.
- 03
Scarves
Women's neck scarves in square or long silk, with a tying guide so the whole team ties them alike. Men's pocket squares pre-folded to hold their shape, or hand-rolled squares.
- 04
Cufflinks
Plated metal, engraved or embossed with the logo, boxed individually. Worn with double-cuff shirts — tell us before the shirts are made so the cuffs are cut correctly.
- 05
Name badges
Metal or acrylic, engraved with name and title in your brand typeface; magnetic or pin back. One size across the organisation, with a proof sample before the full run.
- 06
Presentation
Accessories issued as a set per employee, boxed and labelled by name so HR can hand them out at once. Separate boxes for leadership and partner gift sets.

Two ways to make it — chosen by role, not by guesswork
To a size chart
- Ties, bows, scarves and badges made to one shared design for the team — accessories need no measurements
- Orders from 20 pieces, topped up for new joiners from the design filed in your uniform record
- Multi-branch programmes that need one colour code and one pattern everywhere
- A rebrand: new accessories for all staff while the existing uniforms stay in service
Made to measure
- Cufflinks and badges engraved with individual names and titles for leadership
- Pre-tied bows adjusted to each neck; tie lengths chosen by the wearer's height
- Partner and VIP gift sets, each boxed and engraved individually
- Scarves and pocket squares made separately for reception in a pattern distinct from the rest of the team
Both can be combined in one programme: office staff to a chart, managers and client-facing roles measured. On-site measuring →
Process
Six steps, no surprises
- 01
Consultation & site visit
We visit your workplace to understand your brand identity, the dress code of each department, working conditions and budget. You receive a written proposal with an indicative budget.
- 02
Design & cloth selection
Three design directions built around your brand colours, presented with real cloth swatches. Materials chosen for the tropics and for how hard each role works.
- 03
Sample approval
A complete sample garment, worn and reviewed by your own staff. Production begins only once you sign off the sample — no surprises at delivery.
- 04
Individual measuring
Our mobile team measures every employee at your office, on your schedule. All measurements are kept on file against employee records for future orders.
- 05
Production in our atelier
A 1,000 m² atelier with 80+ tailors. Quality is checked at three stages — cutting, assembly and finishing — with weekly progress reports.
- 06
Delivery & 3-year warranty
Delivered, re-fitted and altered on site for anyone who needs it. Free alterations for three years, and new joiners can reorder against the approved design.
Projects
Companies we have dressed

Chứng khoán ACBS

Nhựa Đạt Hòa
Dat Hoa Plastics — measuring, fitting and delivery, start to finish

BOSCH
Measuring for suits inside the BOSCH office
Our measuring team worked in a BOSCH meeting room, fitting every employee — Vietnamese and expatriate alike — with sample jackets and cloth laid out on the table.
Questions
Before you ask for a quote
What is the minimum order for uniform accessories?
20 pieces. The larger the order, the more pattern and set-up costs are shared across each garment — a genuine saving that never touches quality.
How long does production take?
Typically four to six weeks from sample approval, depending on volume and cloth. For launches and events with fixed dates, let us know early so we can reserve atelier time.
Do you measure at our premises?
Yes. Our mobile team measures every employee at your office on your schedule, including outside working hours. Measurements are filed by staff ID for future orders.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a three-year free alteration warranty. If someone's size changes or a garment needs adjusting, simply send it back to the atelier.
