The challenge
Gonsa needed uniforms for technicians, workers and office staff alike: fabrics that last and allow easy movement for technical work, with all measuring done in a single visit to head office so work was not interrupted.

Solution
- A set of sample garments in several colours brought along so staff could check the cloth and cut in the meeting room.
- One tailor measuring each person in turn, one colleague recording a sheet per name.
- Staff came in turn, so nobody left their desk for long.
- The whole team wore masks for the entire session.
Process
The session took place in a meeting room looking out over Gonsa's green grounds. Sample garments in several colours came out of their bags and were spread across the wooden table so staff could feel the cloth and try the cut before being measured.
The Mon Amie tailor measured shoulders, sleeves and collars one person at a time; men and women queued in turn, everyone in masks. A colleague at the head of the table filled in a measurement sheet under each name.
The visit closed with a team photo in front of the "Welcome to Gonsa" sign in the lobby.
