Why Mon Amie delivers on site and fits on the spot

Mon Amie delivers uniforms to your premises and fits and adjusts on the spot, because measuring also happens at your office. See how a delivery day runs.

Why Mon Amie delivers on site and fits on the spot

Mon Amie delivers uniforms to your premises and lets each employee try them on there because delivery is the last step of a chain that already happens at your company: survey, measuring, then delivery and adjustment in the same place. Staff do not need time off to go to a fitting, and if something does not sit right, a tailor adjusts it on the spot. For HR and administration, that means one tidy delivery day with little individual coordination.

A chain of work at your premises

Hoàng Vy – Mon Amie was founded in 1991 and runs a 1,000 m² workshop on 3/2 Street with more than 80 skilled tailors, serving more than 500 companies each year. Three of our six steps take place at your company:

  • Step 1, survey and consultation: we come to you, ending with a proposal and price range.
  • Step 4, individual measuring: a mobile measuring team visits your office, scheduled around your team, including outside office hours. Measurements are stored under employee IDs for later orders.
  • Step 6, delivery: fitting and adjustment on site, backed by a free alteration warranty for 3 years at every showroom.

Between these steps is the workshop side: three design options in your brand colours, an approved sample (production starts only after you sign off), and production with quality checks at three stages (cutting, assembly, finishing) and weekly progress updates. Our on-site tailoring page covers the measuring step in more detail.

Why fitting on the spot matters

  • Measurements are not the same as how a garment feels. Only when someone puts it on can the tailor judge shoulders, waist, sleeves and length.
  • The whole team is fitted together. Items needing adjustment surface early, before uniforms reach each person.
  • The tailor is right there. Comments and fixes happen face to face rather than through another round of messages.
  • Less disruption to work. HR does not have to schedule every employee to visit a showroom, especially with shift work or staff spread over several floors.
  • Support afterwards. If something needs further work, staff can bring the uniform to any of our five showrooms, and alterations are covered by the free 3-year warranty.

How a delivery day runs

  1. Before delivery: the uniforms have passed three-stage quality checks at the workshop, and your company should prepare the staff list by employee ID.
  2. Delivery: Mon Amie brings the uniforms to your premises, on a date arranged with your company in advance.
  3. Fitting: each employee tries the uniform on while the tailor checks fit and proportion.
  4. Adjustment: points that need work are dealt with during the same visit.
  5. Afterwards: new hires are measured individually and made to the approved sample; anyone needing more adjustment visits a showroom.

Delivery charges and terms depend on your contract; Mon Amie confirms them during consultation.

Frequently asked questions

What does fitting on the spot mean?

Employees try the uniform on at their workplace when it is delivered, and the tailor adjusts any points that do not fit during the same visit, without taking the garments elsewhere.

What if someone is absent on delivery day?

They can bring the uniform to a showroom to try it on and have it adjusted. Alterations are covered by the free 3-year warranty at every showroom, and the tailor will say what can be adjusted.

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery charges and terms depend on your contract. Mon Amie confirms them during consultation, before you approve the proposal.

How long from sample approval to delivery?

Allow 4–6 weeks after sample approval, covering measuring, making and delivery. During production we send weekly progress updates.
