Standards to check before approving a sample
- Colour and identity: follow the school's palette, yet differ enough from the student uniform for adults to be recognised. Fix one position for the crest or logo.
- Breathability: classrooms are air-conditioned, but teachers also cover playgrounds, break duty and outdoor activities.
- Cut and movement: sleeves roomy enough to reach the board; skirts to the knee so teachers can sit or bend comfortably.
- Easy care, low crease: teachers often wear the uniform several days in a row.
- Several campuses: use one approved pattern across all sites.

Planning around the school calendar

- Survey at the school, ending with a proposal and price range.
- Three design options in the school's colours with real swatches, which leadership and teacher representatives can review together.
- Approved sample: production starts only after the school signs off.
- Individual measuring on site, on the school's schedule and outside office hours, for example during breaks or after the last lesson; figures are stored under employee IDs.
- Production in our 1,000 m² workshop, with quality checks at three stages (cutting, assembly, finishing) and weekly updates.
- Delivery, fitting and adjustment on site, with free alterations for 3 years at every showroom.
Allow 4–6 weeks after sample approval, so start the survey well before term begins. Teachers who join mid-year are measured individually and made to the approved sample, without remeasuring anyone else.
