A uniform for a business association or club lets members and the executive committee appear together at events, regular gatherings and official occasions. Unlike a company uniform, the wearers are entrepreneurs who normally choose their own clothes, so the association's set must look polished enough that they want to wear it, separate committee from members clearly, and allow reorders whenever new members join.
Who wears what in an association or club
- Executive committee: a jacket or waistcoat with a tie or scarf in the association's colour. This group appears on stage, so finishing details need the most care.
- Members: matching jackets for major events, or shirts and polos for regular meetings, community work and sports days.
- Organising team and event reception: an outfit that stands out in a crowd.
- Women members: women's jackets and shirts with trousers or a skirt, chosen to suit individual builds.
Standards to check before approving a sample
- Hierarchy through detail, not through clashing tones: committee and members share a main colour and differ in accessories, waistcoat or badge position.
- The association's emblem: a logo or embroidered badge in one fixed position that reads well in group photographs.
- Fabric for an event day: low-crease after hours of sitting and standing, and breathable in a full hall.
- Fit: members' builds differ widely, so each person is measured rather than issued S, M or L.
- Usage date: a congress, an anniversary or the start of a new term; plan backwards from 4–6 weeks after sample approval.

Member polos start from 150,000 VND. Men's and women's business suits have a minimum of 5 sets and waistcoats a minimum of 5, so a small committee can still order; a formal quotation comes with the proposal after the survey.

What happens when new members join?
